Genesis provides for us an Historical Foundational Setting, to study and understand many present-day sociological issues we are challenged with in today’s cultures. Also, science and archeology have validated the accuracy of these accounts and events. If we take the book of Genesis critically, we can further understand the foundational principles of our present-day theological doctrines. Racism, marriage, homosexuality, and abortion, need to be understood in the light of the principals we find the Book of Beginnings.
In Exodus, God reveled Himself to His servant Moses and His people as, “ I Am Who I Am”. God’s Supernatural Power, His Law and His Holy Sanctuary is displayed throughout the book leaving no place for any human assistance. The Old Testament often points to the New Testament unfolding a “Visual Picture” of God’s most magnificent Plan of Salvation.
